However, you can do more to boost your body’s defenses and improve its ability to fight COVID-19 in case you get infected.

The diet should contain a lot of fruits and vegetables. It should also include whole grains such as beans.   1. Although there are vaccines coming out now but still, personally, we are not yet 100% those will work well. The only thing we can do, aside from abiding protocols, is to make our immune system extra strong… keep safe and God bless
